HASARA

Hasara is produced by well-ripened grapes, hand harvested from the winery's own vineyards in the village of Gorsko Novo Selo in Central Northern Bulgaria. This wine has a dense ruby color. The aroma is lush with flavors of red berries, green pepper and roasted tones. The flavor is deep, powerful body with a slightly rough structure and spicy finish. Long memorable finish splashed with pepper and ripe fruit. The wine is aged 8 months in French barrels.

HOTUL BUNAR

Hutul Bunar is produced from fully ripened grapes, hand harvested from the winery's own vineyards in the village of New Forestry in Central Northern Bulgaria. This is a fresh and young wine with excellent varietal character, due to the use to make its Cloon 169. This wine has a deep ruby-red color and intense fruit flavor. The taste is well balanced with tons of black cherry, blueberry and spices. Long and memorable finish.

FAMILY RESERVE
Vintage 2007


Hasara Family Reserve is one of the wines we produce which has been paid special atention to. Grape was hand-picked from selected areas of our own vineyards in the village of Gorsko Novo Selo. The vinification was carried out under special thermal conditions which enabled us powerful tanin structure and fascinating taste. The 12-month ageing in new French barrels and the follow-up bottle ageing turned Hasara Family Reserve into a sheer delight to the palate.
